Lady Jo' is an Alberg 37 Mark II Yawl. Her specifications are 37'2" length, 10'2" beam, 5'6" draft, a displacement of 16,800 lbs & the masthead is 51' over the water. Sail area is about 686 sq ft. She was laid down at the Whitby Boatworks in November 1976.

Prior to me, the boat was owned by Brian & Jo'Ann Rogers of Kingston. They had purchased the boat from Randall Park when she was known as "Mozi" in 2004, based in Etobicoke. He bought the boat from Charles Patrick in 1986 when she was names "Mistris XI". Ol' Chuck may have been the original owner, & while a Canadian, the boat was based at least some of the time in Fort Lauderdale.
